Overseeing a team of designers in the U.S. and around the globe, my focus is on building scalable digital content ecosystems that are relevant, brand-consistent, and deeply attuned to user needs and desires. On the innovation front, AI plays a key role in transforming how we create, personalize, and optimize experiences—bridging strategy, creativity, and technology to drive meaningful impact.

As Senior Director, Experience DesignOps, I have the privilege of serving as a thought leader, strategist, and design ops manager, mentoring and leading a cross-functional team dedicated to strategizing, creating, and collaborating with AI. As part of the Innovation group, our goal is to continually improve and personalize omnichannel experiences for healthcare seekers, caregivers, and the valuable allies within the medical profession.

Restore Hyper Wellness

• Teamed up with Argo Design to conduct field research and develop a comprehensive CX and EX strategy and roadmap.
• Revamped restore.com with eCommerce capabilities and appointment booking.
• Collaborated with Hunt Gather to strategize and design the initial version of the Restore Hyper Wellness app.
• Partnered with Dr. Dan Pardi of HumanOS to explore design concepts for a comprehensive digital health coaching experience. -
• Led a brand transformation, developing comprehensive guidelines that set the new direction.
• Led the creative direction, writing, and casting for the brand's first TV ad campaign, as well as the first local out-of-home (OOH) and radio campaigns.
• Implemented an impactful social media strategy that led to organic follower growth from 5K to over 30K.
• Grew from 29 to over 200 locations in over 40 states
• Website launch resulted in the most conversions of all time (23.2K) with web CR% up 16%, plus a 40% increase in sessions and 108% increase in new users
• I successfully expanded the creative department, doubling its size while prioritizing the well-being and productivity of the team.

As my tenure progressed, I transitioned to a smaller, more focused leadership team where I played a crucial role in guiding the experience design strategy for enterprise solutions.
